Christmas Mini Photo Shoot T&Cs and Privacy Policy:
Christmas Photo Shoot Venue: Charles Burrell Centre, Staniforth Road, Thetford, IP24 3LH
Make your way to Meeting Room 2, which you will find at the rear of the centre (there is a map on the left as you enter reception).
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your pre-booked start time. Relax in the Neil James Media waiting area just outside Meeting Room 2.
We need you to arrive ready in the outfits that you wish to be photographed in. As this is a mini shoot, there’s not time to allow for a change of outfit, although you may wish to bring winter or Christmas coats/gilets and remove them during the shoot to give a variation of shots.
Your booked time slot is NOT flexible and cannot overrun, if you are late then your allocated time slot and number of photos will be reduced accordingly.
You may bring your Christmas stockings or cuddly toys along (even Father Christmas’ elf if he or she makes a special early visit!), but please ensure you remember to take any items away with you. Neither Neil James Media nor The Charles Burrell Centre will be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal effects brought along to the shoot.
Children must be supervised by at least one adult at all times.
Please make sure that children do not arrive hungry as experience shows that this will largely affect their willingness to take part in the shoot.
Please do not bring drinks into the room due to the risk of spillage on the equipment. Pets are not permitted in the shoot.
Please note the maximum number of people in a shoot is 6 (3 sitting down, 3 standing up).
Neil James Media will choose the best 5 photos from your shoot.
These will be edited and available approximately 10 working days after the photo shoot. You will be provided these by way of an emailed download link.

Flash Photography will be used in this Photoshoot.
Before entering the room please let us know if you or a participant suffers from Photosensitive Epilepsy.
There is a non-returnable Booking Fee of £35 if you cancel. You agree to our booking fee of £35 which is payable in advance to secure the booking date and covers the administration cost as a reservation booking fee, costs and admin. This amount is deducted from the total payable and is non-returnable if you cancel the booking.
