Photo Shoot T&Cs and Privacy Policy:
Cancelation Up to 7 days before the start time.
Rescheduling Up to 14 days before the start time.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your pre-booked start time.
We need you to arrive ready in the outfits that you wish to be photographed in. There may not be time to allow for a full change of outfit, although you may wish to bring coats/gilets/ jumpers and remove them during the shoot to give a variation of shots.
You can choose the number of participants in the shoot but please be mindful of the time slot you’ve booked. If you feel you need more time on the day, there is sometimes an option to add onto the shoot runtime. If it’s not already shown on the booking page please ask Neil how much it would cost.

CUBE Photoshoot: Please note, the maximum number of people that can fit in the cube booth is 2 children at-a-time or 2 children with 1 adult if all sitting.

Delivery: Edited photo/s supplied via a download link or optionally posted out on a USB memory stick, and these would be provided 5 working days after capture.
Your booked time slot is NOT flexible and may not be able to overrun, if you are late then your allocated time slot and number of photos will be reduced accordingly.
You may bring your own props and dress-ups, but please ensure you remember to take any items away with you. Neither Neil James Media nor the venue will be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal effects brought along to the shoot.
Children must be supervised by at least one adult at all times.
Please make sure that children do not arrive hungry as experience shows that this will largely affect their willingness to take part in the shoot. Please do not bring drinks into the room due to the risk of spillage on the equipment. Pets are not permitted in the shoot.
Neil James Media will choose the best photos from your shoot. These will be edited and available 5-10 working days after the photo shoot. You will be provided these by way of an emailed download link or additionally posted out on an optional USB memory stick.
WARNING! Flash Photography will be used in this Photoshoot. Before entering the room please let us know if you or a participant suffers from Photosensitive Epilepsy.
** Please note the Photo Shoot may take place upstairs in the Thetford Methodist Church and unfortunately there is no wheelchair access nor lift **
There is a non-returnable Booking Fee if you cancel. You agree to our booking fee which is payable in advance to secure the booking date and covers the administration cost as a reservation booking fee, costs and admin. This amount is deducted from the total payable and is non-returnable if you cancel the booking.
Media usage: You agree to let us use the photos. We will only use photos that we deem suitable for showing the quality of service we provide and only use after-the-fact (after they have been issued to you).
