Wedding Day Video Packages Overview
Video is great for preserving all those special moments, capturing movement, mannerisms, emotions, voices and sounds, to experience again in years to come.
Please find below my two video packages that I offer, what's included and a couple of Add-On options.
And if you need something bespoke, you can of course change around the coverage order, add additional items or extend the cover time to Package 1 or Package 2, this is simply charged per hour. - Please do get in touch for your quote, thank you, Neil
Video Package 1 - Ceremony To Speeches:
Covering up to 6 hours of:
Ceremony arrival, Ceremony, Breakaway Shots of the Happy Couple, Photo Call, Wedding Breakfast, Wedding Speeches and Drone venue/s overview.
Includes:
Cinematic Style Highlights Social Media Friendly Video 1-2 mins ideal for Content Creation and Sharing, Main Feature Film 30-45 mins, and Delivery 6-8 weeks on a Wedding USB memory stick and via a download link.

Video Package 2 - Full Day, 10 hours cover:

Covering up to 10 hours of:
Bride and/ or Groom Preparation*, Ceremony arrival, Ceremony, Breakaway Shots of the Happy Couple, Photo Call, Wedding Breakfast, Wedding Speeches, Drone venue/s overview, Cake Cutting, First Dance and up to half an hour of evening reception where needed for other special dances and events.
Includes:
Cinematic Style Highlights Social Media Friendly Video 1-2 mins ideal for Content Creation and Sharing, Main Feature Film 45-60 mins, a collection of digital Highlight Photos taken from your video >30, and Delivery 6-8 weeks on a Wedding USB memory stick and via a download link.

Add-On Optional Photo Montage to Video Package 2 & some Bespoke Packages:
A montage image created from all of the stills/ photos from your wedding day, this is perfect for printing on a canvas or similar!
The montage is created from all of the stills/photos from your wedding day video, each photo is laid out as a pixel (micro image) to create one big image.
(This is an optional extra for package 2 and some bespoke packages due to the amount of individual photos/ stills needed to create it).

Add-On Optional Evening to Package 1:
Cake Cutting, First Dance and up to half an hour of evening reception where needed for other special dances and events.

Add-On Optional Evening Guest Book to either Package 1 or 2:
Evening Guest Book – A video collage of well wishes. I would set-up in a ‘quiet’ corner with video lighting for half an hour at the end of the day’s shoot so guests, if they want to, can leave you lots of short video messages of well wishes.
This will take approx. 15 mins to set up, 30/45 mins to record and 15 mins to clear away.

Some notes:
Both packages include a Content Creation and Sharing Highlights Video, ideal for your social media.
Length of finished films will depend on a number of factors including the length of your ceremony and your speeches.
Drone use depends on the weather, venue permissions and any air traffic restricting flight.
The Add-On Guest Book final video length will be determined on the amount of participants and their videos.
*To be able to record both Bride and Groom Preparation will depend on the logistics & your timetable.
Music: Your Main Feature Film - will include your original music (or as close as possible) from your big day as this will be created for your own home viewing.
Your Highlights Video - will have a royalty free music track chosen by myself so it will work on social media. However if you have a genre / style preference you can let me know this on your booking form.
